I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who provides teletherapy for all of California. My clients walk away from therapy with me feeling like they have guidance and clear direction. They gain tools to navigate relationships, improve communication and sex lives, set healthy boundaries, and cope with life changes.
You want to appear like you have everything together, but deep down, you’re struggling to cope with stressful life changes.
You’ve diligently checked off the boxes in life that are typically associated with happiness. Or you may have made some hard decisions that go against the grain. However, instead of feeling joy, everything feels overwhelming. Stress, a new job, a breakup, a new relationship, a baby, a shift to a non-monogamous relationship, or another big life change caused you to reevaluate your life.
At first glance, you have a good job, live in a place you’re proud to call home, and have stable enough relationships with those around you. However, upon closer inspection, your relationships could use improvements. Also, that nice job might be stressing you out a little now that you think about it.
You want to have the tools to deal with these stressors and life changes. Instead, you just feel:
A decrease in motivation
Like isolating from others
As if you have poor self-esteem
Fear of being rejected, judged, or abandoned

The Process

After you have scheduled an appointment, I’ll send you the intake paperwork to complete online. At this point, your session is tentative until your forms are completed.
Please complete the paperwork at least 1 day before your appointment. If it’s not completed, the session will be canceled.
Join me on either a weekly, biweekly, or monthly basis. Together, we’ll work on gaining the tools you need to reduce your symptoms. We’ll get into the root causes of your problems and work on managing and/or improving them.
Feel more equipped to handle the things life throws at you with concrete steps after most sessions.
